"The Lost Valley: Rising Water, Sinking Hopes" - On Aug. 28 2011 Hurricane Irene dumped record amounts of rainfall on the borough of Manville. Manville has a history flooding and Ken and Letty Burlew have rebuilt their house three times in a span of seven years living in the Lost Valley section of town. With upwards of seven feet of water on the first floor of some homes, residents have to rebuild and wait.
